Ivuoma Kanu


Ivy holds a degree in Sociology from Abia State University Uturu.

She started her career in Research as a Trainee Research Executive at Deep Dive Research Limited in 2008, and rose to the position of a Senior Research Executive in 2011.

Prior to joining CMRG in 2015, She was a Senior Research Executive at Infotrak Research Limited.

She holds an Associate membership position in the Nigerian Marketing Research Association (NIMRA). Ivy has worked on several kinds of projects including Advertising research, Brand/corporate image study, Formative Research, and Product Test within and outside the country, and across various industries including FMCGs, Alcoholic beverage, Advertising, Telecommunications, and NGOs.

List of clients she has worked for include Airtel, BBC Media Action, Cadbury Nigeria PLC, Crown,Flour mills, De United Foods Industries Limited, Galaxy Backbone, Guinness Nigeria PLC, MTN,Twinnings, Tetra Pak , ZK Advertising, amongst others.

With nearly a decade experience in the Marketing and Social Research industry, her background in Sociology has proved invaluable in the understanding of consumer behaviour. Her inputs have been instrumental to the successful launch of some of ‘today’s’ leading brands.

She currently serves as a Research Manager for CMRG.
