Motolani is a graduate of BA Media and Communications, from the University of Leicester England.
She ventured into the world of market research as an intern and has since then progressed to become a reliable addition to the Qualitative department of the organisation.
She has over 4 years of experience across different communication proficiencies such as social media management and strategy, business consulting, writing for public relations and content creation.
Motolani has assisted with the execution of several research projects across industries including but not limited to telecommunications, Agriculture and customer satisfaction studies.
Some of the clients she has engaged with include MTN, Grand Oak Limited, Dobi Agrico, Saro Lifecare and Agroscience, Veloxx Insight amongst others.
She is experienced in moderating Focus Group Discussion sessions, In-depth interviews as well as ethnographic immersions
She currently serves as a Senior Research Executive.
