John is currently the Controller, Field Operations, where he heads the Field Operations unit responsible for data collection and related field activities.

He is well grounded in Field and Operational management traversing both human and material resources. His wealth of experience is not only limited as described above but includes  development of field workplans, logistics, monitoring/evaluation, costs valuation, quality assurance and overall data collection administration for Marketing and Social Research.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Technical Education (Building Construction and Woodwork Technology) from University of Benin, as well as National Certificate in Education (Building Construction) from Federal College of Education (Technical) Akoka Yaba Lagos.

He started his career in Field Operations as a Senior Field Supervisor at Market Facts Ltd. Lagos in 1996 for 3 years, after which he practised as an independent freelance agent in Data collection for 2 years before he moved to Market Research Consultancy Ltd. Lagos where he rose to the position of a Field Manager. For another 9 years, he worked with Forward Ventures Ltd. Opebi Lagos as Operations Manager, after which he spent additional 3 years as Assistant General Manager with Covenant Salt Company Ltd until he joined CMRG Ltd where he currently works.

John has worked alongside capable Research (Social and Market) teams for reputable clients from various sectors like FMCGs, Advertising Firms, Telecommunication, Social Organisations, NGOs and several others.

John likes being the best wherever he finds himself; and this character reflected in being named the overall best graduating student in Technical drawing and Building at FCE (Technical) Akoka Yaba and Government Technical College, Osogbo respectively.
