It was incorporated in April, 2000 and has established a reputation as one of the fastest growing marketing/social research agencies in Nigeria.

CMRG staff are members of several professional bodies such as Nigerian Marketing Research Association (NIMRA), National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Direct Marketing Association of Nigeria (DMAN) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) .
